Well done Chris!!! I was really please to hear about you winning that epic, I really enjoyed watching you at Wimbledon last year, hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of you on court soon!
Apologies for the retrospective comment but, wow on that calories figure. I can believe that though. Andy (Murray) said he was taking 8000 a day over winter training, and I suspect certain players intake even more… Nalbandian being the obvious pointed joke here, though Rafa’s always talking about chomping on cookies and chocolate bars and downing tubs of ice cream. The other day at the AO I even saw him appear on court with a can of Red Bull as his drink and eat a twix halfway through the match.
Feeling a bit miffed actually that your epic match didn’t make it into the record books due to being “unofficial”… all that work from the both of you! Frustrating that there’s no official recognition. But well done you! That must have been unbelievably tough to get the win after all that effort, “gruelling” is definitely the word. It’s easy to watch tennis, but a lot tougher to go out there and play it. The exertions of a match like that… I can’t even imagine it! You must have spent years upon gruelling years building up those kind of stamina and endurance levels. Seriously well done. Sorry about writing another essay-length comment!

Well played Chris, I hear it would have been the longest game in ATP history had it been sanctioned.
